Leadership Board

Our church is led by a team of church members and the Minister of the Word. The entire group, called the "Consistory," discerns together and makes decisions about the church's future, programs, funding, staffing, etc. For big decisions, the church members will have input by a vote, but it is the Consistory that makes the binding decision.

The leadership is divided into two roles: Elders, who are primarily responsible for the spiritual care of the congregants, and Deacons, who oversee meeting physical needs. Each new member is nominated and affirmed by the church members and the Board and serves a three-year term.
