Sunday Worship

Our services begin at 10:30 am, and last about 60 minutes. We sing contemporary worship music and traditional hymns. Our spoken liturgy is based on Scripture, and we shape our worship around the Christian calendar. All words and music are projected on screens so it's easy to follow along. You can find more detailed information in our FAQs and preview our service by watching past services on YouTube.

Current Worship Series

Lent is not celebrated on one day; it is a 40-day season (not counting Sundays) of reflection, repentance, preparation, and anticipation of Holy Week and Easter. Traditionally many Christians have spent this time in specific spiritual disciplines. This year, our adult Sunday school theme of "Spiritual Practices for Troubled Times" will inform our services. When times are troubled, it can be especially difficult to take on new spiritual practices. It is just when we think we don’t have the bandwidth for it, however, that it is most important to give care and attention to our souls. During this season, the sermons will look at some of the ways God’s people practiced their faith in troubled and even dangerous times.

Communion

We celebrate communion  (or some call it Lord's Supper or the Eucharist) on the first and third Sundays of every month. We welcome all Christians who affirm their need and desire for the grace of Jesus. We invite people to walk to the front of the sanctuary to be served communion, and there is always someone who walks around the sanctuary to serve communion to anyone who cannot walk to the front for any reason. The communion elements include gluten free bread. Just let your server know you want it.
